It is idiot to be human.

We speak English as the majority. Hell I wouldn’t move to France without learning French. Why do people expect us to bend just because they come here? Yes, multiple languages are healthy for a person to learn but I shouldn’t have to pick up another language to order food. -_-

Now Britain had both the greatest economic and military power; the American realizing this, called upon other West-European countries in order to help them defeat/wear-off the British. These countries included: Spain, Netherlands and … FRANCE.

The British still had a dominant navy, which controlled the import of resources and the transport of troops by the Americans. It was the FRENCH navy who destroyed the British fleet, and transported troops, so that the Americans could claim victory and independence.

It is thanks to France that America exists. The American arrogance, ignorance and unthankfullness makes the world change it’s visions upon you. We’ve had enough of America’s ungratefullnes.

It is because of people like YOU, sir, the rest of the world hates America, Mr. Patriot!

If I were to move to France, I would first learn to speak fluent French. Notice that the person who claimed to be moving to Sweden spoke their language?

This is a problem. It’s massive. It’s doing damage. It needs fixed. Does that opinion mean I think less of Mexicans or immigrants, legal or otherwise? No. It just means that I think they need to be better assimilated, with some sort of official plan. I think the immigration test, (and everything else in writing in this country) should be in English. A country that can’t communicate within its own borders can’t function. In all of the examples of multi-lingual countries given here, the vast majority of citizens speak both languages. Everyone should be forced to learn at least one language universally. They can speak any language they like. I don’t care if they go their whole lives without uttering a word of English. But they need to be able to understand ME when I say, “My son is allergic to peanuts.”

You’re all acting like a bunch of bigoted fools, claiming to be superior to a group of people based on the spelling of a protest sign. And you call my countrymen ignorant. At least they’ll listen to you disagreeing with them. They’ll stop and help you change your tire in the rain. They’ll send their sons and brothers to defend your country from invasion. Don’t make this an Iraq thing. That’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about the World Wars. Desert Storm, Afghanistan, etc. You can claim that we haven’t had a justified war in a while, but there’s no doubt that if your country were invaded tomorrow, America would be backing you up with guns, money, or troops. Or all three. You all need to remember that you’re talking about people. Not some fictional character on the internet. You’re seething with hatred towards real people. People you’ve never met. That’s the worst ignorance of all. I submit that YOU all are ‘stupid.’

p.s. I’ve always hated the whole, ‘If you don’t like my country then get out,’ attitude. It’s dumb. Because it’s not -their- country. It’s ours. Us and them. Those of you saying you want to leave because you hate the rest of us, fine. I won’t stop you. But consider this; If all those wishing for change move away, how will anything change? You can’t fix it from Europe.

Lets just say that American children don’t learn much geography either…

A guy in high school asked me where I was from. I said Chile. He asked “what part of Mexico is that?”
