    I’ve seen a lot of funny things on this site, a lot of at least amusing things, but these are simply the worst.

    It’s not funny to take a picture of a comedian and add some funny quotes to it. All you’re showing is how you’re not quite as funny as the comedian.

    Using a comedy central image is just a cheap trick. I’ve seen enough of these. Does anyone else agree?

      I’d have to disagree. Noticing something funny/ironic/smile-inducing in the world, whether in real life, on tv or the internet, always warrants a try. Judging the validity of the lol by it’s subject is pretty stupid. It’s like saying you can’t write a song about a singer. (“Black Velvet” did alright, didn’t it?)

      This lol didn’t have me rolling laughing, but it was smile-inducing and since my friends have a special fondness for Colbert, I was able to send it to them and give them a smile too.

      A lol only needs to make one person smile to be successful.

      Anyway! I think Colbert might be the BEST cover for Superman! If I think of
      “Who could superman possibly be in real life?” Probably the LAST person who would ever come to mind is Stephen Colbert. Mild-mannered disguise WIN.
