I saw this picture on Reuters the other day… He’s a somewhat famous panhandler that’s been using the “tell me off” schtick for a long time now. He often migrates to different cities along the East Coast… This is his latest costume, a guilly suite, so that he can take advantage of all the people upset about the war, etc., and business is booming.
