Ah, the aftermath of the DNC …
Unhappy Hillary supporters must of tore the place apart!
If you look hard, you can see the remains of a sort of Greek temple … it is said The One appeared there!
It may have been a hologram… I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to risk an actual appearance of The One among the peasants….
Also, a direct appearance would cause blindness among the masses due to the light radiating from The One’s holy aura.
thats what she said
Isn’t that one of McCain’s houses?
It looks more like Obama’s brother’s house … the one who lives on $1 a day.
You’re right. What was I thinking, no pool, no valets, no golf carts.
Nope. Just grinding poverty for George Hussein Onyango Obama while his brother lives it up in the States.
Click my name for the details.
Too bad he doesn’t have some of those bleeding heart conservatives looking out for him.
The bleeding heart conservatives are too busy raising funds for the Senator Obama Kogelo Secondary School in Kenya. That’s the one that Obama visited a few years ago, promising he’d donate money for the children’s education.
But he never did.
Principal Obiero, 48, tells us: “Senator Obama has not honoured the promises he gave me when we met in 2006 and in his earlier letter to the school. He has not given us even one shilling. But we still have hope.”
Link at my name, per the usual drill.
Sorry, I gave up on propaganda when Pravda went by the wayside, they were almost as good as the modern American right wing, their only problem… they had more integrity.
Integrity … would that be like promising to donate money to an African school that’s named after you — and then never paying up?
You Democrats have a strange idea of integrity.
Actually, I’m not a Democrat, since I began voting I never have been. The problem with publicans is their blind obedience to this failed Administration, your assumption that anyone who disagrees with you is a Democrat and by definition not American and by the publicans total lack of morals and integrity. No you can keep you’re right wing “sources” and “claims.” The continued use of of Obama’s middle name “Hussein” to stir up implications that he is somewhat less than an American belies your intent and is disingenuous. It is the swift-boating mentality of the publicans that has gotten me almost to the point where I might actually become a Democrat. The difference at this point in time is that the Democrats look to the future and talk about solutions, publicans can merely make stuff up and focus on smearing other Americans using flasehoods, half-truths and inuendo. Comparing the two…Yeah I’ll take Democratic integrity over publican situational ethics, anyday.
George Hussein Onyango Obama is the name of Obama’s brother, who lives in poverty in Kenya. That is not a smear, it’s a fact.
Senator Obama Kogelo Secondary School is the name of the school that Obama visited in 2006, and to which he promised funding in writing. The school has never received any money from Obama. That is not a smear, it’s a fact.
I provided checkable references for both of these facts in links under my name.
If you can only justify your position by simply ignoring documented facts when they are presented to you, then I think you’re the one with blind loyalty to a party.
EP….here’s a quote from the CNN article about George: “But reports surfaced in the past few days, springing from an Italian Vanity Fair article saying George Obama is living in a shack and “earning less than a dollar a day.”
The reports left him angry.
“I was brought up well. I live well even now,” he said. “The magazines, they have exaggerated everything. “
Thanks. It’s good to have a bit more information, rather than just blanket denials.
or jumping on a conservative, dem bashing wagon.
Seriously, come up with something interesting.
I mean, we could start a thread about all the hypocrisy and unkept promises
from the bush camp if you like. Let’s see where shall
we begin? hm…..funny, all the ones that leap to mind actually affect
US citizens’ daily, and I mean DAILY, life.
Thanks to all who commented, was out of the net for a few days. EP the point that I was making and the point that you missed is the following. The right wing consistently uses half-truth and inuendo to try to demonstrate various “truths” which in fact are false. This process began with Rush in the early 90′s and has become increasingly irrational since. Sorry, your side and your sites have no credibility and I will not waste my time verifying falsifications that even if true are irrevelent. The point that you attempted to make here was in the first place irrevevelent and secondly as musicmom870 said, wrong. You know, you might check your own information before you blast it out as fact, then blame someone else because they didn’t confirm you insufficient research…, oh wait, you support George Bush, what was I thinking, research before action? silly me
CF, I did this LOL for you thinking about the discussion we had earlier: http://mine.icanhascheezburger.com/view.aspx?ciid=1891321 Peace
Oh Evil Pundit, your ignorance and intolerance are a source of endless amusement for us all; keep up the good work!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
Where is this place exactly?
EXACTLY
but more to the point
Since when do ‘publicans care about schools ANYWHERE!?! much less the impoverished children of Africa. Will Evil Pundit stop smoking Rove pole and ease up on just this ONE talking point?
If you would look at the link on his name you would see that he is telling the truth and they are raising money for the school on that website, and there may be other places I don’t know. I am a conservative and I give generously to charities that do work in Africa.
But do you support local funds for public schools?
I guess that’s what I don’t get about the conservative moral structure: you say that it’s not the role of government to deal with social issues like poverty, education, etc.: that these are issues that need to be dealt with by the community. (I’ll leave out the push towards privatization for now). Thing is, I see the local community government (and thus by extension the national government) responsible, as it is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
I now it hasn’t been like that since the days of [insert Presidential nostalgia here], but if that is not the purpose of government, then what is?
Yes, I do support local funds for public schools even though they are doing an incredibly bad job right now, I do think education is important and is good for the community at large. I just tend to disagree with how funds are used and what they are used for. I’m not an expert and I have no children so I don’t delve into it but it seems to me things are incredibly mismanaged. Also, more parental involvement would help sooo much in a childs education, I don’t know how we can force that except to encourage stable families…
you get stable families with a stable economy
how many people do you know working more than one job to keep up the house payments?
The TV-esque approach on this and the Green Lantern “lol” are somewhat well-conceived but poorly executed. They might be funnier if they actually looked like they came from the supposed network.
