  5. Evil Pundit says:

No, he’s doing it right. Anyone who supports Obama has an upside-down view of reality.

  6. OB1 says:

Thus the name ” Libtard” is born !

  7. signe says:

    hmm… is this pic real…? i mean when i look at it… i don’t know… looks weird somehow.

  8. Lolnathan says:

Strange. I thought only Republicans made spelling errors or other sign mixups. You know, due to No Child Left Behind. Because, clearly, incorrectly spelled signs were made by undereducated children. At least that’s the prevailing opinion on the incorrectly spelled signs we’ve had thus far.

    • DeathWyrmNexus says:

I suppose the only civil way to decide this is to count how many conservative signs are messed up and compare them to the number of liberal signs that are wrong and the one with the most inaccuracies is the winner of the fail race.

    • jhuger says:

Lolnathan, it remains the prevailing opinion on incorrectly spelled signs, since this isn’t misspelled. I know that to the easily confused it might appear that they spelled “OBAMA” as “VWV8O” but the sign is really just turned upside down.

Just in case the next sign really is misspelled, and since apparently you didn’t know, I’d also like to point out that the Democrats are stuck with the same underfunded schools as the Republicans are. Even if the sign was misspelled it could still be the result of the Republicans failed “No child left behind” program.

But thanks for playing, and I’m sure your corporate overlords appreciate the effort.

      • Lolnathan says:

        Bad troll is bad.

Notice I said “other sign mixups”? No, you didn’t. That’s okay though. Insert some condescending and patronizing “there there, thanks for playing” comment here. Since that’s clearly so much better than actually contributing.

As far as NCLB, the whole point is that it is a recent policy and probably has not effected anyones spelling skills. Least of all, the people who made the signs, who were probably educated during the 60s and 70s. Which, in case you didn’t know, is a few years before the failed No Child Left Behind policy was enacted.

Also, “Corporate overlords”? What the hell are you talking about? Man we get some tinfoil hat crazies around here.

Anyway, get off my Internet, you sack of useless commentary.

          NOBODY gets left behind, NOBODY!

        • eddiepscetti says:

Hey, I’m a product of the 60′s skool system and I tihnk I sepll fein!! And grammer ain’t a prolem eiter..

        • jhuger says:

Oh, I noticed you said “other sign mixups.” But then you went on talking like the situation was absolutely identical to all the misspelled signs we’ve seen here. I just naturally figured you weren’t entirely clear on what was going on, so I thought I’d help out a little.

The only other possibility was that you were deliberately trying make two very different things sound comparable, and I know you would never, ever do anything dishonest like that.

As far as the patronizing comments and not contributing goes, this is a humor forum, not a political discussion forum. Having a serious discussion with you wouldn’t be funny. Mocking you is, at least to me.

I agree with you that NCLB can’t be the problem. Neither can the general poor state of education in this country. If it was either of those things we’d be seeing misspelled signs with equal frequency from all sides, instead of seeing most of them come from the right. It could be something that makes a higher percentage of the right semi-literate, but I’m guessing that it’s more a case of the ideology of the right attracting the semi-literate.

“Corporate Overlords” is just my way of reminding everyone who really benefits when you defend the Republican Party: Corporations and the people who run them. You know: people who own 7 houses and 13 cars, that kind of person. And always remember, if you don’t put the shiny side out, you might as well be lining your hat with guacamole.

You should feel free to take your Internet and go home. It’s still a sort of free country.

          • TheLarrikin says:

But see, mocking him didn’t do a thing for you. It just made it look a little ridiculous by comparison. I’m sure most of the people on here understood his sarcastic stance (and I remember him saying something about it before).

And you talk about keeping it funny, then you drag on and … … on about God knows what. *sigh* I know it might be hard to play with the big boys, but I’m sure you could find some political commentary sites more suited to your sense of humour. Or, well, lack thereof.

            • jhuger says:

What makes you think it didn’t do anything for me? Are you saying I was actually mistaken when I thought I was having fun replying to him?

My reply might not have done a thing for you, but I don’t actually care.

Besides which, I’m pretty sure that the fact that you two are so anxious to get me to go away tells me all I need to know about the value of my posts.

          • AbacusMaximus says:

wow 6 paragraphs… you guys are way too into this… get a life people!
