    But why only on the corner? I see two more awnings down that road. Doesn’t the corporate office have some rule stating that there may be no more than 50 feet between Starbucks locations?

      No. They will actually purposely build them across the street from each other to cut down on lines.

      Actually it’s even worse than that, I’ve seen malls with two distinct separate Starbucks above/below each other. Not even 50 inches apart, let alone 50 feet, heh.
