Yeah, it could, which I realized after reading the comments. In fact, after I thought about it, I felt like kind of an ass for not making it more clear. So I apologize to anyone who thought I was suggesting that Obama goes around killing bad caption writers. Somebody probably should, especially over at ROFLRazzi, but not Obama.
