That’s the problem with mobile artillery. First there’s accuracy and then there’s stability. In order to lob an accurate shell miles and miles away is going to require a real KABOOM that could shoot the vehicle backwards or turn it over.

Overcoming that is a major problem.

Loved, loved, loved the movie, by the way. Heath Ledger played the Joker very differently from what I expected but did it very well. He was definitely a switch from the very dramatic, funny, almost harmless-seeming Joker I’d grown up with in the cartoons. Very effective, though.

myself. I have a Joker Halloween costume that Ive worn for almost
5 years in a row, each year the hair and face paint kept coming closer
and closer to The Dark Knight rendition of the Joker. I got
goosebumps when I watched the movie. Where other folks loved
Superman, Spiderman, Venom. Good guys who were really good
and bad guys who were at best “neutral”. The Joker was always just
plain bad, and funny. My favorite combo. So perhaps once I take
over the world, your new competent overlord will have green hair, a purple suit and laugh that’ll send a chill down your spine. We’ll have to see..

my dissertation on how X3 shattered the X-men universe and
strangled their own story line while drowning in a truck stop toilet
that hadnt been flushed since Nixon was in office.
I HATE X3 and I KNEW Iron Man was going to be great. Robert
Downey Jr. doesnt do bad work when he’s making sober decisions
and John Favreau is just a good director, down to earth, hates plot
holes, and can usually put forth a good performance himself.
Iron Man was excellent, and expectedly so.
And lastly @ Failev: Iron Man, The New Punisher, and The
Incredible Hulk were all made by the new Marvel Pictures Studios
Previous comic book movies were liscened by Marvel Pictures
Studios. You see. Stan Lee had a HAND in the first few films.
He’s got complete control over the ones from here on out.
And might I say, it shows…. easily.
