Yeah, I’m on call for my part-time job, so no drinking for me. (And hopefully, there will be working for me. With money. *sigh*)
I prefer the sober option–because that means I can remember all of the silly things that the other folks did!
I’ll be at a family party. There’ll be champagne, which I’ll have some, but not so much that it’ll make a difference. Mostly I’ll be drinking tea all night.
Update! I just got the call; I’m working security for a private party tonight. Wooo-yeah for rich people who like to make sure their guests’ cars don’t get stolen!
Ummmmmm Congrats? Drunk rich people don’t sound very fun, but… yea money!
Yeah, basically yea, money! Also I have been given to understand that drunk rich people sometimes tip well; plus I won’t really have to deal with the guests much at all, it’s just watching the cars and making sure nobody gets robbed at gunpoint on their way to and from their cars. Other than that, it’s basically sitting in my truck reading or whatever.

Me too. Well, I have trained myself to go to bed by midnight on workdays. I seriously can’t go to bed before that, so I end up getting 6-7 hours of sleep a night during the week and then sleeping 12 hours a night on the weekends.
In school i ended up with a weird schedule of being awake 6 hours for classes, crashing at 4, waking at 8, working on papers and crap till 3 then sleeping till 9. I I can finally stay up 12 hours in a row again, yay vacation
I had a weird sleep schedule in college but I have a hard time remembering things other than realizing I had been up til 5am then waking up to wander to class and wander home to stay up late again.
The worst bit, was the final 3 weeks i constantly had a paper or test so when i got off school i kept freaking out and waking up at 5 AM to deal with a test that didn’t exist
I remember having a test at an Art Museum. I didn’t know where it was so I went two hours early with one of my friends who had the class earlier in the day so I could do the exam.
Meanwhile, my place was robbed in broad daylight. The kicker is that had I waited til my normal class time, my roommate would have been home and my stuff wouldn’t have been made off with.
Lost my PS2 and memory cards as well as my CD case. I had over a thousand hours on a Vagrant Story save that just galled me to have stolen… Among other things. *twitch*
I wake up at 9:00pm
