      Mulching is an excellent garden practice, but avoid putting the mulch into direct contact with the base of trees, shrubs and vegetative plants, because it can vector fungus and other microbes. Cedar mulch is a good choice near a house foundation, as several types of insects are repelled by it.

    Hmm, wouldn’t it be better to apply this to someone with an undeserved sense of accomplishment? Seems to me Branson’s done quite a bit, and might actually deserve (or be permitted) a bit.
