You can tell the difference between a slow worm and a snake as slow worms have moveable eyelids, a notch in their tongue (not a fork), a bullet shaped head which is not wider than their body and can detach their tails if they are attacked.
I think you worded that wrong. It sounds like you’re saying that slow worms have a detachable tail but I would expect that a snake would be the one with the detachable tail. I’m not sure though. It’s just a guess based on reptiles with detachable tails. I’ve also heard that Mickey Mouse has a detachable tail. I’m planning on testing the Mickey theory next time I’m at Disneyland.

Here’s the deal. And I’m not sure how to explain it any better tan it’s already been explained to you by others: Fester attacks EVERYONE who makes a dumb post. The key to getting him off your back is to actual come back with factual arguments that dazzle him into submission, or to just avoid those topics altogether to avoid his ire. Otherwise, just expect to be ‘Festered’ when you come in. It has happened to all of us. My particular beef with Fester was about religion. We had a drawn out battle that lasted at least a month before I figured out how to survive. Now, Fester and I tolerate each other, and even listen to one another.

I, for one, am tired of seeing this partisanship going on and am ready to accept the help of not only Republicans but also Liberals and the i in betweens. Worse, he trebled the debt in his first two months. These are absolutely unheard of and quite *historic* power grabs, both financially and otherwise constitutionally. There is absolutely cause for everything that has been said. Not to mention the military is *furious* what with the new (and absolutely amoral) caveat written into the budget that veterans injured or harmed in the line of DUTY will have to have private insurers pay for their injuries as well as pay themselves if it comes to that. This is going to wreak deadly havoc on not only the system of insurance and veteran’s care, this is an outrage.
It is really not very smart to p*ss off the military when you’ve a new and unheard of pipsqueak who made it into office on empty slogans.

As a military not only brat but someone who served for nearly two years *I got injured and had to be discharged* and who still has not only connections with very high up officers but also with ensons and the likes I am deeply offended by your statement as I would encourage you to link your words. Show me where it sas that USAA would not pay for something as egregious as that injury as it has been shown and I know first hand that the army has THE BEST insurance around.

It’s only been a little while. But judging by how the economy is starting to slow its downward turn is a sign that there is renewed confidence. There are even, albeit optimistic, forcasts that state that we might be out of the recession by the end of this year, and my state will be out of it for the most part by the end of September.
Don’t let your party cloud your judgment so powerfully. Why can’t you just allow things to happen, see where they go, have some faith or even, gasp, hope, that things can and will get better. It took a while to get us here, and it will take a lot to get us out.

thanks ^^ I do tend to disagree highly with some of things that come up on the site but have been more than happy to just laze around and read all the comments. They make my drama quota so I don’t take it out on customers at my work, haha. Like, for a conservative democrat, I do lean hardcore to the left on some issues, and more towards the right on others. I like the varied opinions here, it’s the same reason why me and my favorite best friend like to argue over politics, cause she’s hardcore right, and in the area we argue, I’m hardcore left.

Actually to put that correct. The Government has told the Queen to invite Obama over. The Queen (and the rest of the Royal Family) have no official powers in the UK. They can’t even refuse to sign acts of parliament anymore. (If they put on the Bill “I will consider it” – the nearest the Queen gets to refusing a bill, the Government can quite easily steamroller the act through anyway. All of her positions (and the rest of the Royal Family’s) are purely (I can’t think of the bloody word now but try this one!!) powerless in nature. She may be Commander of the various Battallions and Divisions in the UK Army, Navy, Airforce, but she has no power to decide “Bollocks!! Germany is pissing me off again Phillip. Get the Army out we’ll invade”. The Parliament has to do that. So really Queenypoos was told “show willing and invite him”, it’s not a decision she would make by herself.
