my vote is for my niece when she was 3 she decided not to wait for mommy to cut those ‘way-to-long-bangs’ and cut them herself… Pulled a chunk of her bangs up, layed the scissors flat against her forehead… and cut that chunk of her bangs down to the skin… just before the Easter dress up pictures.

As far as I know (and someone (tofuburger?) feel free to correct me if I am wrong) the person who makes the LOL doesn’t have the option to decide WHERE the lol gets posted- if they pick it out of the ‘all pictures’ section of the LOL-builder it is just another picture. I know *I* never picked where my LOLs were to show up (although they were fairly obvious due to the subjects involved).
I think it is just another one of those mysteries that we endusers may never get to solve… like the decision process behind winning a FP or not.

Well, that’s what are called “OTHER COUNTRIES”. And you know what? Each one of those “other countries” have their own governments – some even have political systems that aren’t democratic!!! !!!I know!!! What a shock!!! And here’s another news flash …. some of those “other countries” even have internet access.
