Did you know that finding the date on which Easter occurred is attributed in legend to a man (Damnit I can’t remember his name, I’m a crap at this when Wiki can’t help me) from Balwearie, Fife. After the Pope refused to disclose the date of Easter Sunday the aforementioned Fifer rode to Paris (Where the Pope was) and demanded that the Pope tell him. When the Pope refused again the man rode outside on his great horse (a huge and famous beast) and had it stamp its hooves again and again until the bells of Notre Dame rang… The unbearable and terrifying clamour forced the Pope to give in and the debate was solved… ish…
