Care to back up your ‘terrorist sympathizer’ allegation with a reputable source? Current terrorists, that is, and you need to show statements from Obama demonstrating his sympathy for these current day terrorists. Otherwise you are, as usual, just stating your uninformed opinion.

One who is in power and chooses to enact socialist economic/ruling policies is in fact a socialist. And it already has a definition – unlike Obama who has expressed a desire to “redefine” capitalism, you don’t get to make up your own dictionary. It means what it means, and if you does it, you is it. Them’s the breaks. I don’t know or care if he’s a Muslim; he’s a sympathizer with terrorists (domestic and foreign) and a sycophant to America’s enemies while insulting our friends, so we’ll see where all that goes. Muslim or not is hardly the issue.

Almost every successful lol is funny because it simply calls attention to who things look in the picture – not what’s actually going on in reality.

Biden has a dumbfounded, slackjawed expression on his face as he points at a microphone. Obama on the other hand is wearing an expression of slight annoyance and with his finger pointing towards the register it looks like he’s trying to steer Biden’s attention away from the fluffy microphone and towards the food.

What makes the caption funny to me is that I probably wouldn’t have seen this if the text wasn’t there, but after reading the text I feel like that’s absolutely the conversation that’s going on.

And yes, it does capitalize on the “Biden is stupid”-thing – that’s why it fits in this category. Maybe it’s an old joke, but as long as he keeps saying stupid things it’s still the kind of joke that is going to be made about him. That’s the fair part of political humor; actually making fun of things that people do.

As for the guy who answered the usual, tired, tired, tired quip about how this is about Biden simply because people aren’t allowed to make fun of Obama…. Look at the world. I see people make fun of him all the time, both now and before the election. It’s not AS much about Obama, simply because he guards his tongue and doesn’t say very much stupid things.

It’s also because many of those who want to make fun of Obama are incredibly stupid. They keep going on about him being a socialist or a Muslim, or they make sensationally stupid claims like “Obama is elitist and un-American because he eats Dijon mustard!!!” There’s no humor in that, just face-palm-worthy stupidity.

Now, I admit that I like Obama. I don’t know if he’ll be a great president or not, but I think that he’s certainly good at it. But I still WILL laugh at jokes about him if you come up with good ones. Jokes about Biden saying stupid things or Clinton being unfaithful can be funny if they’re done right, because it contains truth. Saying that Obama is a secret Muslim communist invader is not funny because it doesn’t have any truth to it.

But again regarding the picture, just because I can’t understand how so many can’t get it, just look at it. Look how it really LOOKS like the written conversation takes place, and how silly it would be if that conversation took place in reality. I don’t care if you don’t think it’s funny, we all have different conceptions about what’s funny. But it should be obvious what the joke is.
