Ohhh, that could be interesting! I still can’t help but think of “crazy” implying irrational, he’s far to methodical for a “crazy” person. Whatever, if he gets nukes maybe people will shut up about the economy, I’ve just about had it with people complaining about it now.
From what I hear, if he gets nukes he will use them. He is part of some weird Islamic cult that believes their messiah will come in his lifetime. MAD will not work with this crowd. If they bomb Israel off the map and destabalize the middle east, there will be no economy to argue about… so you may be right.
Meh, things could always get worse! Seriously, we invaded Iraq without provocation, I’m certain if they ever threatened us directly we’d invade them before they could blink. Besides, if they used nukes, the UN might actually DO something about it besides giving them a slap on the wrist.
Things could not get any worse IMO. If they used nukes it would be all over, the world as we know it would likely not exist anymore. Israel would strike back with nukes. Destabalization of the middle east, interruption of oil, not to mention environmental damage, chaos… Not good.
I don’t think he’ll use them. Of course, the propaganda people want you to think this, so they can justify attacking Iran, which will then shoot back, causing WWIII. And then they will somehow manage to blame Iran for starting it.

Why in the world would we want to attack Iran? And please don’t say for the oil, we never got any for our efforts in Iraq but we did end up paying twice what we were before for gas… All we would need to do is wipe out there nuclear facilities or back up Israel to do it. But we better do it soon, this guy is a total loon.

No, actually, they played at my college, back when I was an undergrad (and mostly broke). So I got to see them live (for cheap!), during my impressionable years. The link was for anyone who hadn’t had the benefit of seeing a real ‘New Wave’ hairdo!

New Wave was ‘it’ back in the dark ages when I was in college. Punk was around, but not big in the college scene. Alternative rock or indie rock not even spoken about yet.
I do recall once trying to get my hair to stand up for a party once with some borrowed styling gel (geeks don’t own such things!).

I don’t think that uncontrolled settlement expansion, completely ignoring requests from everybody at the UN, is an olive branch to the Palestinians. Nor is some of the rhetoric coming from the Knesset exactly inviting peace talks/reasonable dialogue.
What about giving the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians and forcibly taking their own people out kicking and screaming to do it? Sounds like they want peace to me. Of course the Palestinians use it to lob rockets back into Israel so it might have been a bad idea.
We just need “this much time” to finish our nuclear weapons program.
