just how does your constitution read? my copy says that all (not just conservative, moral majority, neo-con republicans) get to disagree with the government (as long as you aren’t promoting treason), that all get free speech, all get to follow the religion of their choice, that all get due process of law, that homes can only be entered and searched with a warrant, that nobody has to allow troops to live in their home, that anyone who is legally entitled (not a felon or other specified criminal) can own firearms, that it is legal (with some restrictions) to buy alcohol, to vote without tests other than citizenship….

so can we as citizens fed up with frothing then apply these same 3 things to you and others of your ilk?

because he hasn’t been caught looking like a monkey, being misunderestimated, talking about ob/gyn’s who practice their love on women, standing under banners that jump the gun (so to speak), or any number of other gaffes that bush blundered through. when obama does do something that memorably hilarious, the fun will be poked.

I think the buyer’s remorse is somewhat warranted. If OBama had not fed that machine then yes I would say unwarranted. But Obama’s entire campaign (for some reason still going on) was about how he will “change”, “fix”, the nation. He lied in his campaign, people were naive enough to beleive him, but now that he has his true colors are starting to shine there’s resentment.

He needs to swallow his pride and realize that America doesn’t want what he wants. He was elected b/c he was a democrat. The democrats could have put a Gorilla up for election and it still would have won. Thanks GWB!!!!

Yeah, I get really annoyed that people are jumping all over him because everything isn’t great already. No economy is gonna bounce back that fast, geez. And yeah, he made a lot of promises that sounded like we were gonna get results immediately, but use your brains, people! That’s not really how it works. It’s slowly starting to come back around again. Whether or not Obama can be credited with any of that I’m not really sure. I haven’t kept up that much with it.

Understood, however I do understand Obama inheritted some of the problems he’s facing now, but his actions haven’t necesarily helped to ease the situation. Some of his acitons have exasperated the situations. I think that there is such “hatred” out there b/c people now realize that they did not get a Centric PResident, but a very liberal one who believes in big government. At this time the majority of America is not into Big Government (hence the quick down trend of Obama). Good luck though stopping the trolls, b/c Obama also makes a VERY very easy target.

Ok, Ok. I graduated in 1988, and have worked ever since. I’m allowed to forget one or two things since then.
Since then I have worked as a mechanic on Cotton Mill machinery, installed new elevators, rebuilt transmissions, and driven a contract courier route for 7 years.
If you want to know every dentist, doctor, lawyer, insurance co, accountant, mill, factory, home office and lazy bum in a 6 county territory southwest of Charlotte NC, ask me. And I’m rather decent on mechanical things too.
