This duck IS in Japan, or at least was until a month or so ago.
Its name was MEGA DUCK and it was part of a riverside festival in Osaka.
I could see it from my office window.

Therefore the caption was written by someone who either:

doesn’t understand humour

doesn’t understand basic grammar.

The light reflected on the building is probably just light reflected off of the clouds.

But google “giant duck in japan” or something and you’ll certainly come up with results detailing more pictures than that.

I saw this duck in Hasselt, Belgium where I go to school. It is a travelling rubber duck that’s really as big as it looks, it travels from one city to the next. Art! Some evil people destroyed it a couple of months ago put they patched it back up. I miss seeing this duck on my way to school!
