It’s not Photoshopped.
It’s in Galveston, not Houston or Clear Lake.

It’s the apt complex on the N W corner of 73rd and Heards Lane. Marina Landing Apts. The complex offers boat slips right there, so I imagine that’s where the boat came from.

This is from Hurricane Ike last Sept 08. The apts are in Galveston. The boat and the car probably floated along until water receded and ended that way. There were boats and cars everywhere after Ike. And some places are just barely recovering.

Water… floats boat, boat torn away from it’s tie downs due to high winds. Water recedes, boat sinks onto car.

Gently laid in appearance, still happened from the Hurricane.

All the damage didn’t happen from just stuff being thrown around like a Tornado does.

Actually, it was from Hurricane Ike. This boat ended up in the parking lot from the water, due to the storm swell.

I don’t know. Hurricanes/tornadoes can be pretty weird. My friend in LA dreamed about a train going down his street and woke up remembering that there were no train tracks on his street. A tornado had just touched down in the middle of the street. It tore up all the telephone poles, but didn’t damage any houses.

This happened at my friend’s apartment complex in Clear Lake – they have docks right on the waterfront there, and Hurricane Ike tossed one of the boats up onto the car during storm surge. I hope that guy had insurance!
