Not rain, as the moisture would be on the negative space, not the positive space. It is just condensation or dew from the early morning.

Let’s keep in mind how thoroughly unoriginal the whole thing is, since it was made as a joke years ago, and has been circulating, complete with a more intelligent caption, for years.
Soooo, aside from the grammar error that people can’t just get over already, what the hell is going on with this picture? Did they just have an outline of a jet and a sense of humor? I assume so…
