I am also a Texan. I am also concerned with illegal immigration. But I do not believe in hating. Hating does not solve the problem, and often even creates new ones.
The intense heat of hating evaporates reasoned thought.
It soon expands and generalizes, to include all immigrants, then naturalized citizens, then even native-born citizens who have brown skin or speak with an accent.
Hating does not solve the problem. The problem will be solved with facts, knowledge, reason. Hating just gets in the way.

Dont worry if things keep going that way, illegals being made citizens with a vote, they will decide that YOU are too rich and YOU will have to fork over any cash not being taken from you now. And why stop there?
Take anything you own citizen that makes you any richer than everybody else. Dont like it citizen? Too bad, its the only fair thing that can be done. If it was really possible to get into the country legally, people would do it.
They do still come here legally.

so if you’re willing to wait 20+ years you might earn the chance for immigration to deny your application because you misspelled your mother’s maiden name…unless your application gets lost.
