At first read of the comment, I laughed at the “hotdog” angle since Michelle is promoting healthy eating yet she has been caught eating and serving some not so healthy foods. Didn’t occur to me that it was about her looks, since I think she’s a stunning though sometimes fierce looking woman.

Just about all I ever hear at rightwing blogs, sites, and magazines, are unpleasant and not overly witty comments about Mrs. Michelle Obama, mostly aimed at her looks and her ethnicity. There is nothing witty or clever in ethnic jokes or disparagement of someone else’s looks. Wit comes from understanding – understanding what is apposite in a comment about someone else, for instance. For example, those who deride Mrs. Palin based on her looks are far from memorable, but those who refer to her speeches as “word salad” have left us a phrase that has entered the political lexicon. Aramis was being a witless decrier, and really ought to consider changing his name to Hephaestus, although his miserable attempt at classicism, derived as it is from superficial reading and basic ignorance, will cause him to misinterpret my comment. It is a waste of time to engage in discourse with the wilfully ignorant, my friend. They will not learn anything, and you will grow exasperated and tired.

Yes the dog is “kyoot”, but I think there are more important going on in the world. You would think that Pundit Kitchen would be more active in all this craziness going on.
Apparently the moderator forgot to mention that Bo’s Cuteness will be framed and sold world-wide in order to boost the economy.
He’s also a going to Cameo as a Navy Seals Dog in the forthcoming movie about the hunt of Bin Laden.

I am VERY conservative, and I think Bo is adorable. No matter where they put his pic. No matter wohse dog he is. He is a dog, and I like animals. I don’t think he cares much what color his fur is or has a clue what the fuss is or maybe even that there’s a fuss at all about his fur color. He’s probably love a steak or a piece of chicken or a fish just like any dog. I just like him. Not his humans. Calm down, every one. He’s a dog.
