A neighborhood controversy has erupted in a New Orleans suburb over signs erected by one Timothy Reily that depict President Barack Obama in diapers and as a puppet of George Soros. Locals flocked to Reily’s home in protest and city officials met with him, but so far the legal status of the billboards remains unclear. Ahhh, giant billboards. When you’re too timid to stand on the street corner and shout, and yet not tech savvy enough to troll on the internet.
